2026 Maternal Health Symposium

Learn from and connect with maternal health experts who will share current knowledge, best practices, and practical strategies for improving maternal and infant health. Target Audience

Health Professionals who care for WOMEN: Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Nurses, Behavioral Health Providers, Public Health Practitioners, Community Health Educators, Health Professions Students and Faculty, Women of the Community, and Other Community Leaders. 

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this symposium participants should be able to:

  • Identify new methods and clinical trends to engage rural providers in the life cycle and development of women’s and children’s health.

  • Increase knowledge and awareness among maternal healthcare providers on how midwifery care improves maternal outcomes and expands access to patient-centered prenatal and postpartum services.

  • Cultivate working relationships among providers and community partners working together to reduce disparities and improve maternal health outcomes.
