Georgia Memory Net (GMN) operates a network of seven Memory Assessment Clinics (MACs) strategically positioned across the state, facilitating expedited and precise diagnostic services for individuals exhibiting symptoms of memory impairment or cognitive decline, including Alzheimer’s disease and other related dementias. GMN is committed to developing tailored care plans and seamlessly linking diagnosed patients with localized support services. Additionally, for patients encountering barriers to in-person clinic visits, GMN offers telemedicine solutions for diagnostic evaluations.
Target Audience
The spectrum of healthcare providers encompasses Physicians, Nurses, Physician Assistants, and Social Workers each specializing in domains such as Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Neurology, and Gerontology.
