Welcome to Interconnected: Resilience & Wellness Program! Curated by Morehouse School of Medicine AHEC in conjugation with SPCC Atlanta AHEC and Georgia Statewide AHEC Network.
The Interconnected: Resilience & Wellness Program is an educational webinar series for healthcare providers, professionals, and students to utilize in their journey of self-care while in the workforce or while enrolled in school. The program highlights the importance of being resilient, catering to all dimensions of wellness, and how they are interconnected to achieve optimal health for yourself.
The program will be in a module format that consist of live/recorded webinars, resources, and interactive tools. The webinars will last up to an hour or less and feature an expert speaker discussing a hot topic that pertains to the specified module. Two modules are released monthly to ensure you have ample time implement what you learned in real time and gradually add on. The modules are listed below.

Learning Objectives

- Establish an understanding of resilience building and how to implement it into their personal and work/school environment

Mary Kidd Davis, MS, RN - MSM AHEC Director
- Ms. Kidd Davis works with the Georgia Statewide AHEC Network Program Office at Morehouse School of Medicine (MSM). Her role in the Program Office establishes and maintains a partnership with MSM AHEC program. In this role, she is charged to direct and develop statewide educational programs. Specifically, these educational programs will target self-care, wellness and programming to support providers and health care institutions to sustain healthier workplaces. Additionally, her role is to develop statewide education programs to explain and demonstrate the roles and values of community health workers (CHWs) and other paraprofessionals to the health workforce and to the community in general. In addition to her role with the Program Office, she is a Clinical Instructor in the Departments of Community Health and Preventive Medicine and Medical Education at MSM. As well as the Course Director for a mandatory first year course, Fundamentals of Medicine 1, Clinical Preceptorship Course.

Chelsea Cliatt, MPH - Program Manager
- Mrs. Cliatt is the Program Manager at Morehouse School of Medicine in the Community Health and Preventive Medicine Department and Area Health Education Center (AHEC). She has managed both the Interconnected: Resilience & Wellness Program and the Bridging the Gap: Community Health Workers & Healthcare Providers Webinar Series. Her educational background spans from a Bachelor of Science in Social and Behavioral Health and a Master of Public Health degrees with certificates in Social Services and Diversity, and Mental Health Frist Aid Training for youth and adults. These programs are curated to optimize the outcome and network of health professionals across the nation. Her goal is to create healthier providers, students, and workforce.

Sharleen Clemons - Program Coordinator
- Ms. Sharleen Clemons is the program coordinator for the Morehouse School of Medicine (MSM) Area Health Education Centers Program. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the overall MSM AHEC program.

Daphne Byrd, MS - Program Committee
- Daphne Byrd is Executive Director of the Southeastern Primary Care Consortium, Inc., Atlanta Area Health Education Center (SPCC Atlanta AHEC). Ms. Byrd holds a Masters of Science in Education Degree of which she obtained from the University of Georgia. She is a 32 year professional with extensive knowledge and experience in health care administration, healthcare policy development, analysis of healthcare systems, community organization and development, legislative advocacy, health education/promotion, community service learning, fundraising, and partnership development.
