Lauren Briggs has spent more than 15 years in customer success across healthcare and clinical research technology. As ProofPilot's Chief Customer Officer, she partners with Sponsors, CROs, and clinical sites to launch studies at scale and improve the trial experience for everyone involved, from site staff to participants.

Lauren is known for building lasting client partnerships and turning site and patient engagement into measurable gains in study execution. Her work helps sponsors see technology as an operational partner in running their trials, not just a tool.

Lauren holds an MS in Interdisciplinary Health Science from Drexel University and a BS in Biology from Towson University.
