Brittany Savoca, MS, CCRC serves as Senior Director, Accellacare Site Network, part of ICON plc, where she provides strategic leadership for a global network of clinical research sites. She is responsible for driving operational excellence, site growth, and cross-functional execution to support the successful delivery of clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas.

With more than 16 years of experience in clinical research and 11 years of leadership within the Accellacare and PMG-Research organizations, Brittany has built a reputation for developing high-performing teams, advancing site operations, and creating scalable solutions that enhance research delivery and patient access to clinical trials. Throughout her career, she has partnered with executive stakeholders across operations, finance, patient recruitment, marketing, and business development to strengthen organizational performance and support strategic growth initiatives.

A recognized leader in site network operations, Brittany is passionate about expanding opportunities for patients and healthcare organizations to participate in clinical research. She holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Clinical Research and has contributed to workforce development through the creation of a clinical research internship program in partnership with the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW)
