Angela Richard-Eaglin, DNP, MSN, FNP-BC, FAANP, CDE, FADLN, FAAN

Dr. Angela Richard-Eaglin, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, FAANP, CDE, FADLN, FAAN serves as Professor, Senior Associate Dean, and Chief of Clinical and Academic Education at Morehouse School of Medicine. She provides strategic oversight of clinical and academic excellence within Graduate Education Nursing Division. The Division is home to a landmark achievement in nursing education, the nation's first DNP in Executive Leadership with a focus on Community Engagement and Health Justice. Dr. Richard-Eaglin is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over three decades of clinical and academic experience, her expertise spans primary care, women's health, Veterans health, disaster response, and public health.
A globally recognized thought leader in Cultural Intelligence, belonging-centered leadership, and health equity, Dr. Richard-Eaglin's scholarship has been cited in eight countries. She has facilitated transformative workshops for universities, health systems, and professional organizations worldwide, and previously served as Associate Dean for Equity at Yale School of Nursing and as the Co-director of the Durham VA and Duke University School of Nursing Academic Practice Partnership.
A fellow of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the American Academy of Nursing, and the Academy of Diversity Leaders in Nursing, Dr. Richard-Eaglin brings a career-long conviction that justice is not peripheral to healthcare, it is foundational. She challenges everyone to confront the structural inequities that determine who heals and who is left behind.
