In this session, you will learn how a large public health system launched a multi-domain training initiative to prepare primary care teams to implement annual screening for cognitive impairment for all adults age 65 and older, using the Mini-cog. You will gain insights and tools to implement team-based training for the Mini-cog to share with your clinical staff.
