Lynn Hanson

Lynn joined Georgia Memory Net in January 2023, bringing over a decade of experience working with the senior population. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Valdosta State University and completed two internships with local physicians in the Albany area. She began her career serving older adults as the lead counselor for the Aging and Disability Resource Connection (ADRC) at the SOWEGA Council on Aging. She continued her commitment to this community as a hospice social worker before becoming the Community Service Educator at the Memory Assessment Clinic in Albany.
Now serving as one of the Senior Program Coordinators for the Community Services Core and GMN Central team, Lynn remains deeply dedicated to helping older adults and their families connect to services, support, and meaningful resources across Georgia.
