Chadwick Hales
Chad Hales is an Associate Professor of Neurology at Emory University School of Medicine. He is interested in cellular mechanisms of neurodegeneration, serves as investigator/sub-investigator for AD and FTD clinical research trials, and is Co-Lead of the Goizueta ADRC clinical core. As assistant director for the Georgia Memory Net (GMN), Clinical Director of the Emory Cognitive Neurology Program, and Goizueta Brain Health Institute clinical lead, he is working on new models of care to improve patient access and personalized brain health. More recent efforts have also focused on deployment of novel Alzheimer’s disease therapies. He is passionate about educating the next generation of physicians and scientists through teaching and supporting research efforts through the American Academy of Neurology as Chair of the Research Programs Subcommittee and member of the Science Committee.
