Sarah Jung, PharmD, MS, BCCCP is the clinical pharmacy specialist for the medical intensive care unit at Grady Memorial Hospital. She earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy and Master of Science in Pharmacy Administration and Management from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy in 2015. During that time, she also completed a longitudinal clinical internship program at Memorial Hermann Hospital–Texas Medical Center. Dr. Jung completed her PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and her PGY-2 critical care residency at Christiana Care Health System. She precepts pharmacy residents and students in their critical care rotations from the Atlanta metro-area, as well as being involved in a variety of research projects and publications. Her areas of interest include status epilepticus, resuscitation, anticoagulation reversal, and subarachnoid hemorrhage. Dr. Jung is an active member of Society of Critical Care Medicine, Neurocritical Care Society, and American College of Clinical Pharmacy. Outside of work, Dr. Jung is an avid traveler, yogi, wine enthusiast, and dog lover.
