Lauren Nunally, MPH, RM, BSN, RNC-OB

Ms. Nunally received her Batchelor's of Nursing from the University of West London, and completed her graduate studies in Midwifery at Westminster University, both in London, England, U.K. She received a Master of Public Health from Capella University and is a current doctoral student in MSM's inaugural executive nursing leadership program
Lauren's journey from nurse midwife to Director of Clinical Strategy and Transformation at Morehouse School of Medicine spans 30+ years of translating equity into operational practice; from managing high-risk perinatal units to leading quality initiatives supporting hospitals statewide and nationally. As a Certified Cultural Intelligence Facilitator, inaugural Fellow of the Association of Women's Health and Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN), she helps organizations build sustainable transformation WITH communities, not FOR them. What drives her work is deeply personal: witnessing both the devastating impact of system failures on marginalized families and the extraordinary possibilities when nurses are empowered to lead change. A passionate connector and mentor, Lauren believes in opening doors for nurses at every career stage, because when nurses invest in each other, they transform the future of healthcare itself.
