Dr. Gavin Warner serves as the Vice President of Medical Affairs (Clinical Operations) with IN Compass Health, where he oversees more than 25 hospitalist and ED programs across 12 states. In this executive role, he manages a workforce of approximately 700 full-time and part-time physicians, ensuring operational excellence across the network.

A graduate of The University of the West Indies, Dr. Warner’s career began in his native Trinidad. Later he moved to the Bahamas, where his dedication to medical education earned him "Physician of the Year" honors at Princess Margaret Hospital. After moving to Atlanta in 2001 and completing his Internal Medicine residency at Morehouse School of Medicine , he transitioned into leadership as the Hospitalist Medical Director at DeKalb Medical Center (Hillandale). Today, Dr. Warner balances his clinical work with a passion for mentoring the next generation of doctors, coaching physician leaders on navigating the complexities of modern inpatient medicine.
