Emma Bicego has over 15 years of experience in program evaluation and planning. She has led the development and implementation of evaluation frameworks that drive policy improvements and enhance program effectiveness. Emma is skilled in survey design and has experience in compliance with federal and agency standards. She excels in capacity building, mentorship, and fostering collaborative partnerships in community-engaged research. Emma’s research interests lie at the intersection of public health policies, population health, and health equity; particularly in how policies shape health outcomes and how data can inform more effective interventions. She earned her Doctorate in Public Health at the University of Georgia’s College of Public Health.
