Jason Bearden is founder and CEO of Confluence Health Strategies, a boutique executive advisory firm in Decatur, Georgia, serving leaders navigating margin pressure, procurement exposure, and oversight in regulated healthcare markets.
He built the firm on thirty years as an operator. As Regional Market President for CareSource, he was accountable for a P&L of more than $2 billion and 500,000 members across Medicaid, Marketplace, and Medicare Advantage in six southeastern states, where he moved Medicaid margin from negative 2% to positive 4% and won statewide renewal against eleven national competitors. He was CEO of Beacon Health Options Georgia, the $700 million administrative services organization for the state's public behavioral health system, CEO of Highland Rivers Health, and Director of Health and Human Services for the Georgia Governor's Office of Planning and Budget.
