Since joining Direct Relief in June 2023, Ramsey has overseen the operational and transactional management for Direct Relief’s ReplenishRx and Safety Net Support programs. The ReplenishRx program is a consistent medication access program that supports nearly 140,000 uninsured patients annually. Through the Safety Net Support program, Ramsey managed important, structured programs such as the Teva Respiratory program and the Organon – Nexplanon donation as well as assisted with partner re-engagement, network surveying, and order processing projects. Ramsey also supported critical logistics for high-touch emergency response operations, notably the Lahaina wildfires in 2023, 2024 hurricanes, back-to-back Hurricanes Helene and Milton, and more recent disaster relief efforts such as the L.A. wildfires, Texas floods, and storms in Alaska and the Midwest. In Spring 2026, Ramsey joined Direct Relief’s Emergency Response Team where he has led domestic emergency responses, coordinated urgent supply needs, and managed emergency grant applications. Ramsey continues to grow his portfolio and develop strategic partnerships on behalf of Direct Relief’s emergency response team with the larger purpose of increasing medication access and healthy outcomes for individuals of all backgrounds, religions, regardless of their ability to pay.
