Breeze Smith is a first year law student at Southern University Law Center. She has worked as a Sustainability Project Manager and climate justice researcher with three years of experience working with industry and community stakeholders. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from Claflin University in 2025. Recently, she obtained a graduate certificate in Environmental Law & Sustainability from the University of South Carolina. Her passion for community engagement strategies and environmental policy reform has led her to pursue the legal field. Her ultimate goal is to leverage her artistic abilities to make environmental justice topics more accessible and to someday become a legislator with an expertise in environmental policy.
