Ellyn Russo is a healthcare analytics leader with over 15 years of experience generating real-world evidence and translating complex data into decisions that improve patient outcomes for underserved populations. Her doctoral research focused on leveraging health informatics and real-world data to drive life-saving problem-solving and reduce Black maternal mortality. Ellyn has directed analytics programs across the Veterans Health Administration, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, and Milliman, leading research spanning pharmacoepidemiology, health equity, and outcomes measurement. Her work includes examining healthcare utilization among Medicare beneficiaries living in historically redlined neighborhoods and developing analytical frameworks that integrate social determinants of health into population-level insights.
