Nia Plump serves as the EleVATE Coordinator at the St. Louis Integrated Health Network (IHN), a non-profit based in Missouri. Nia received both her graduate degree and bachelor's degree from Washington University in St. Louis and has extensive experience working in both community and hospital settings, providing necessary training and educational support to patients, direct service providers, and clinicians. Nia has a strong background in implementing and facilitating training on the importance of community voice in community-based research and implementation strategies. Her current work is focused on developing behavioral health and trauma informed care strategies in clinical safety net settings across Missouri and creating equitable pathways for mothers and families to access necessary behavioral health supports.
