Dr. Jasmine T. Getrouw is a cultural foundations scholar, qualitative researcher, and strategic consultant. She bridges the gap between data and action. Grounded in Black Feminist Thought and reproductive justice, Dr. Getrouw partners with higher education, policy, and clinical organizations to co-create systemic, culturally relevant solutions.

Her work focuses on centering the agency, autonomy, and holistic well-being of Black women and girls. Whether she provides data analysis and capacity building, facilitating strategic planning, or challenging local school districts to sustain equitable access for historically ignored families, Jasmine operates as a scholar-practitioner.
