Josselyn Taylor is the Senior Director of Strategy and Impact at Cradle Cincinnati, where she leads community-centered strategies to improve maternal and infant health outcomes and advance systems change across Hamilton County. Her work focuses on building meaningful partnerships between Black women, health systems, and community organizations to ensure that the people most impacted by inequities have real influence over the policies, practices, and solutions designed to address them.

Josselyn has led the development of Hospital Accountability Boards across four regional health systems, creating a structure for Black women to work directly with hospital leaders to improve patient experience and care. She also helped lead the development of Mama Certified, an initiative created in response to Black women’s call for greater transparency and accountability in maternity care.

Outside of Cradle Cincinnati, Josselyn is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Our Tribe, a nonprofit supporting Black families raising autistic children. Across her work, she is committed to shifting power, building community leadership, and creating systems that are more accountable to the people they serve.
