Jaye Madden-Wilson, LPN, is a public health strategist, maternal health advocate, social justice educator, facilitator, and founder of Melinated Moms. With more than two decades of clinical and public health experience, Jaye brings a unique perspective that bridges healthcare, community advocacy, education, and systems change.

Her work centers on advancing health equity and strengthening the voices of the communities most impacted by inequitable systems—particularly Black mothers, families, and communities. Through her signature advocacy framework, Find Your ROAR™, Jaye helps individuals and organizations move from awareness to voice, advocacy, and meaningful action.

Jaye has been trusted to facilitate conversations at the intersection of health, justice, and community power, including serving as a featured facilitator for the Public Health Symposium for Health Justice in New Jersey and facilitating Find Your ROAR™ as the social justice component of The College of New Jersey’s Community Doula Certificate of Completion program. Through Melinated Moms, she has also engaged in maternal health advocacy, coalition building, public policy, workforce development, and community education, including organizational partnership with the Momnibus movement and strategic engagement with the Black Maternal Health Caucus.

Whether addressing Black maternal health, public health justice, advocacy, perinatal workforce development, motherhood and leadership, or community power, Jaye creates spaces that move audiences beyond conversation toward clarity, confidence, and action.

Her message is simple: awareness is powerful—but transformation requires a shift.
