Crystal Trent Paultre, MSN, RN, CBS, is a nurse with over twenty years of experience in maternal health in both inpatient and community settings. She is passionate about perinatal health and addressing maternal health inequities.  Crystal is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Maryland School of Nursing, where she is focusing her research on structural determinants of health and maternal health outcomes.
