Jasmine Burnett is a strategist, advisor, facilitator, and founder of The Office of Jasmine Burnett, (formerly Blkfeminst Advisors) where she provides strategic counsel to leaders and organizations stewarding complicated things. For more than 20 years, Jasmine has worked across reproductive justice and social justice movements, supporting leaders and institutions navigating organizational growth, culture, strategy, and change. Her work brings particular attention to the conditions that make strategy possible: alignment, trust, decision-making, organizational capacity, and the ability to move from vision to implementation. A founding member of the Trust Black Women partnership, Jasmine’s approach is deeply informed by Black feminist and reproductive justice traditions. Through her strategic advisory practice, facilitation, and leadership development work, she helps people make sense of complexity, strengthen the institutions they steward, and build strategies capable of carrying their values into practice.
