Ashlee Wilson is a respected leader and experienced birth worker, certified in both birth and postpartum care. Her journey into birth work began after the transformative experience of becoming a mother herself, which ignited a passion for supporting families through pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. In 2019, she transitioned into full-time doula work and has since built a career grounded in advocacy and a deep commitment to birth equity. 

Through years of hands-on experience, continuous learning, and community engagement, Ashlee now serves as the Program Director of the Community-Based Doula Program. In this role, she provides strategic leadership, mentors a team of emerging doulas, and works to advance access to high-quality, culturally responsive birth support throughout Tulsa and surrounding communities. 

In addition to her leadership role, Ashlee is a Training Facilitator and Lead Editor of the Blossoming Birth Community-Based Doula Training Program, where she plays a key role in shaping the next generation of birth workers. 

Ashlee brings a unique combination of professional expertise and lived experience to her work. She leads with integrity, empathy, and a firm belief that every birthing person deserves to feel informed, empowered, and supported. Her leadership is rooted in community, driven by purpose, and inspired by a vision for equitable maternal health outcomes. A doula in both title and spirit, Ashlee shows up every day for her clients, community, and colleagues with the same heart she offers to her own friends and family.
