Amatallah Saulawa is the Health Education Coordinator at HEART to Grow, a Muslim-led reproductive health and gender justice nonprofit, where she works to co-create inclusive health education resources and programming for Muslims. Her passion in reproductive justice stems from being and born and raised in the Black Belt. She graduated from Auburn University in 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies (Africa & the Middle East) and Public & One Health where she assisted with various research projects across health equity and maternal that have been presented at the inaugural CMS Health Equity Conference, Take Root: Reproductive Justice in Red States, and APHA. In her free time, she is passionate about menstrual health and West African history and music.
