Nicole Hemphill

Nicole Hemphill is the Program Manager for the Perinatal and Family Center Initiative (PFCI) at the Clayton County Health District. She oversees community-based maternal and child health initiatives designed to improve outcomes for pregnant, postpartum, and parenting families through care coordination, health education, community partnerships, and systems-level collaboration. Nicole is passionate about strengthening access to equitable, family-centered care and developing innovative approaches that connect families with the resources they need to thrive. She enjoys collaborating with multidisciplinary partners to advance maternal health and improve birth outcomes across Georgia.
