Senior Trial Attorney - Lead counsel on over 30 death penalty trial level cases from the issuance of a Notice of Intent to seek the death penalty through trial and a Motion for New Trial.  The office operates in a team format with two attorneys, fact and mitigation.  Extensive experience working with forensic and mental health experts in preparation for plea negotiations or trial.  Responsible for arguing motions and briefing issues for the trial court and the Georgia or United States Supreme Courts during the trial court prosecution.  Experience with death penalty and non-death penalty trials.
